Important Note: The REAL Truth Behind My Name(Ani)

Wed Nov 5, 2008, 8:58 AM
  • Mood: Defeated
  • Listening to: Daughtry - "What I Want"
  • Reading: ...what I'm TYPING, one would hope.
  • Watching: My 'Daddy' (AND my WIFE) passing out cold, asleep.

  • Drinking: The dregs of my breakfast Mountain Dew. No bed yet
"Ani" - as in the name of my shop, "Ani's JunkArt Custom Creations and Repair"(click the link to see the shop's fully-functional examples!) - and what my better half/ves and ABSOLUTE best friend call me:

It's short form, a diminutive and catchier nickname for "Anthony"; as far as the outside "public eye" goes, and it's even on my driver's license AND business owner/IRS certificate-- and that IS legal.

--but what it REALLY is, is ALSO short for "Anakin"; for those who REALLY know me.

Which are YOU? (Or, just maybe, which would you LIKE to dare to be?) Drop me a line, and maybe you'll find out.

I'm not, nor will I EVER be, anything you'd EVER expect to simply... stumble across.

So. Welcome to my mind. Make yourself at home.

I may find comfort here.
I may find peace within the emptiness.
How pitiful.

Thank you! I have several others, I've been meaning to put up here, but time has been getting away from me just lately- we just moved over two thousand miles.

I hope the "sophomore slump" doesn't strike, when I upload the rest. But. *nods in thanks.* I'm so grateful!
:iconprogress-regress:
Well, I'm looking forward to it. But don't rush :)

*smiles.* I'm actually working on building a door buzzer for our apartment out of $14 worth of Radio Shack parts tonight - and filming the process! The people who read my blog, for some reason, have said they really like watching the "Junk-Into-Working-Stuff" vids *shakes head* - but, tonight, I swear, I'll at least put ONE or two up here. :)

Thanks again. I'd like to, you know, make a little extra cash doing "fanart" commissions - I USED to have gallery shows, bleh; in my "old life" - but I really don't even know where to BEGIN. But we really could use it... and drawing, helps me heal.
:iconprogress-regress:
I'm sure you'll get into the swing of things soon enough. Your're right! drawing is a good healer :)

That video does sound interesting, you're fairly good with electrical stuff then?
